Here you can configure notifications at the chat interface level. You can control when and how to receive specific notifications.

Types of notifications supported are:

  1. Chat transcript mail
    1. Configure this section to receive the chat history of every chat conversation in your mailbox
  2. New Offline message mail
    1. Configure this section to receive a new email whenever a new offline message is submitted by a visitor  in your mailbox
  3. New chat initiated by the visitor
    1. This will allow receiving the chat-initiated notifications in Agent Dashboard (Raibu)
    2. By default it is enabled
  4. Broadcast message to live visitors when new video call started
