Notifications
Here you can configure notifications at the chat interface level. You can control when and how to receive specific notifications.
Types of notifications supported are:
- Chat transcript mail
- Configure this section to receive the chat history of every chat conversation in your mailbox
- New Offline message mail
- Configure this section to receive a new email whenever a new offline message is submitted by a visitor in your mailbox
- New chat initiated by the visitor
- This will allow receiving the chat-initiated notifications in Agent Dashboard (Raibu)
- By default it is enabled
- Broadcast message to live visitors when new video call started
