Configuration steps:

1. First you have to create a knowledge article in Knowledge base Builder, then you can select which knowledge article to be shown to visitors on the widget.
2. Select the category if you want to show all articles from that category inside the widget
3. Expand the category and select a specific knowledge article
4. Save
