How to Subscribe

WeConnect.chat offers various plans and pricing suitable to your business.

Subscribing to custom business plan

  1. You already have discussed with us for custom pricing and proposal
  2. We configure the product as agreed and then you are continue to proceed for the payments
  3. Login to the application at “app.weconnect.chat”
  4. Click on the profile picture from bottom left of the main navigation bar, a popup will come, click on Subscription
  5. You can see the configured plan for you with button “Choose Plan”, click on the button to proceed for payment
  6. Insert the card details for payment and follow the process for the payment
  7. Once payment is completed you will be redirected to the subscription page, you can see your active plan named as “Current plan”
  8. You will also get the confirmation email once subscription is successful
  9. You can anytime go to “Invoices” tab and check the previous invoices.

Subscribing to normal plans

  1. If you are a new user, you need to signup to our application.
  2. You can signup to the application by using “Signup” button on our website or pricing page. click here
  3. Once you signup, you will be able to explore the application and continue for the payment
  4. Login to the application at “https://app.weconnect.chat”
  5. Click on the profile picture from bottom left of the main navigation bar, a popup will come, click on Subscription
  6. You can see the available plans for you with button “Choose Plan”, click on the button to proceed for payment
  7. Insert the card details for payment and follow the process for the payment
  8. Once payment is completed you will be redirected to the subscription page, you can see your active plan named as “Current plan”
  9. You will also get the confirmation email once subscription is successful
  10. You can anytime go to “Invoices” tab and check the previous invoices.
