Steps:

1. Download the App from here
2. Open the downloaded “.exe” file 
3.  You will see the windows warning popup, click on “More info” -> then click on “Continue anyway” or “Run anyway”
4. Now the application is installed
5. Explore your application list by going to “Start” from the windows taskbar
6. Search for the app “WeConnect.chat”
7. log in to the app with your credentials
