This component allows you to accept the Net Promoter Score from your customers.
This is helpful to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This will allow customers to submit responses on a scale of 10 points.
- Let’s start with adding the component to the conversation flow
- You need to be inside Builder –> Conversation
- Click on “Add new component” –> Select “Opinion scale”
- This will show the component configurations to be setup
- Write your own message to show to the visitor
- Additionally you can show buttons ‘Skip, and ‘back’
- You can also configure the labels of the scale to be displayed on the left and right sides of the opinion scale
- Finally, save the component settings by pressing the ‘Save’ button
