This component allows to accept the Net Promoter Score from your customers.
This is helpful to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This will allow customer to submit responses on the scale of 10 points.
- Lets start with adding the component to conversation flow
- You need to be inside Builder –> Conversation
- Click on “Add new component” –> Select “Opinion scale”
- This will show the component configurations to be setup
- Write your own message to show to the visitor
- Additionally you can show buttons ‘Skip, and ‘back’
- You can also configure the labels of the scale to be displayed on the left and right side of the opinion scale
- Finally, save the component settings by pressing ‘Save’ button
